X1 INTEGRATION SOFTWARE

What is X1?

It’s an enterprise integration platform (EIP) designed to keep your core business systems — like ERP, TMS, WMS, and EDI — connected and in sync. We’ve added AI to make building, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations much faster and smarter.

Is X1 like Zapier or other automation tools?

Not quite. Although it can handles those types of tasks, X1 isn’t built for automating day-to-day tasks like sending calendar invites or Slack reminders.

Do I need to be technical to use X1?

Nope. X1 is designed to be approachable. Business users can build and manage Flows without writing code, but the platform is powerful enough to handle complex enterprise integrations when IT teams want to get under the hood and write code themselves.

Is X1 self-service, managed service, or both?

Both! Some customers use X1 directly to build and manage their own integrations. Others rely on Rygen’s integration services, where our team builds and maintains the Flows on their behalf. Most land somewhere in between — using X1 for control, while leaning on us when they need extra expertise or capacity.

Do you maintain my integrations for me?

We can — if you want us to. Our team offers full integration services, from design through ongoing support. But if you’d rather build and manage everything in-house, X1 makes that possible too.

Can I try X1 for free?

Not at the moment. X1 is delivered as a single-tenant platform for each customer, so we don’t offer a freemium or shared-tier option. If you’d like to see X1 in action, we’ll set up a tailored demo and talk through how it fits your needs.

Is X1 multi-tenant SaaS?

No. Every customer gets their own dedicated instance of X1. That means better performance, security, and customization — without the risks of sharing infrastructure with other businesses.

What if I already have an integration partner or internal team?

That works too. X1 can be used directly by your team or alongside your integration partner. Our goal is to give you flexibility: use X1 as the engine, and decide who’s in the driver’s seat.
